Return & Cancellation Policy – Duster Air Electric Blower & Vacuum

Duration Of Return
- Duster Air provides a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Is Return Free or Paid?
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 80 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.

Return is free only in cases below:
- You received a faulty or defective product (like damaged or not working).
- You received a different product than what you ordered.

Who Will Pickup The Return?
- Pick-up will be attempted two times.
- If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the product back to our address.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

What If I Received An Empty Box?
For proof of missing product, the customer is advised to take an unboxing video.

- This video will help us claim insurance from the courier company.
- Without an unboxing video proof, missing product claims will not be accepted.

Proper Unboxing Video Must Include:
- Package label (with Duster Air details).
- Must be continuous (no pause or cut).
- Must clearly show the product received.

How And When Will I Get Refund?
- Kindly allow 3–5 business days for the return to be processed and refund to be credited to your bank account.
- Refund / Bank Transfer is applicable only for prepaid / online payments.
- COD (Cash On Delivery) payments will receive store credit equivalent to the paid amount.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Want To Cancel Order?
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Duster Air reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing error or out of stock issues.

Product Return Conditions
When returning the Duster Air Electric Blower & Vacuum, the product must:
- Be in its original packing along with the invoice.
- Be returned unused, with tags, and in original condition.
- Be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.
- Return request must be placed directly from our website.
