📅 Duration of Return

Duster Air provides a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

💰 Is Return Free or Paid?

A reverse shipment fee of ₹80 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.

• You received a faulty or defective product (damaged or not working)
• You received a different product than what you ordered

🚚 Who Will Pick Up The Return?

• Pick-up will be attempted two times by our courier partner
• If pickup fails, you will need to send the product to our address
• Reverse pick-up is subject to serviceability in your area pincode

💳 How & When Will I Get Refund?

• Allow 3–5 business days for the return to be processed
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Prepaid / Online orders: Bank transfer refund
• COD orders: Store credit equivalent to the paid amount
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

✅ Product Return Conditions

When returning the Duster Air Electric Blower, the product must:

• Be in its original packaging along with the invoice
• Be unused, with tags, and in original condition
• Be packed properly to avoid damage during transit
• Return request must be placed via our website
